Return & Refund Policy
If you don't like your items for any reason, you can submit your return for a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Clearance items and lingerie or bathing suits are final sale. All returns must be unopened or in original new condition. Please email us a picture to see if we will accept your return. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 7 business days for the store credit to hit your inbox. The store credit does not include original shipping costs paid. Items sent back used or passed the 30 day mark are seized.
Defective items will receive a replacement free of charge. In the small chance that the wrong items are sent, if still in stock, the original items ordered will be resent free of charge upon return of the incorrect item. If the original items are not in stock, a store credit will be issued. Shipping charges are final and cannot be refunded.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.
There is an additional $5 restocking fee for all returns for a refund.
Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Domestic: If your package is returned to us, we will notify you immediately so we can get the package back to you ASAP after return costs are paid. The customer is held responsible for the re-shipment costs under any circumstance. If not paid, a store credit will be issued.
